Terms of sale
1. General
LINA Home (the "site") is an online shop for home goods. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
Orders can be placed by anyone aged 18 or over with a valid payment method and a delivery address in Israel.
2. Prices and orders
Prices are in Israeli shekels and are final, excluding shipping.
Your order is sent to us on WhatsApp with your delivery details and is confirmed once payment is received.
If an item is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong, we will let you know and offer an alternative or a full refund.
3. Payment
For now, payment is by bank transfer or Bit, arranged with us on WhatsApp. Orders ship once payment is received.
4. Shipping
Shipping is a flat ₪20 per order, anywhere in Israel.
Gush Dan (Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Herzliya and Holon): one business day; orders received before noon ship the same day. Rest of the country: 3 to 5 business days.
Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding holidays. If there is a delay, we will let you know.
5. Cancellations and returns
Under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the product or the document with the order details, whichever is later.
Send your cancellation on WhatsApp (055-247-8806) or by email (linahome@gmail.com) with your order number.
Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Returning the product is the customer's responsibility.
For cancellations not caused by a defect, a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, applies. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
Senior citizens (65+), new immigrants and people with disabilities may cancel within 4 months, under the conditions set by law.
6. Defective or wrong items
If an item arrives defective or different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp with a photo. No cancellation fee applies: we collect the item at our cost and replace it or refund you in full, as you prefer.
7. Photos and descriptions
We try to show products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.
8. Privacy
The details you give us are used to handle and deliver your order. See our privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force on the day it was placed. Israeli law applies.
